Neve - some sort of photos of me!

It's not for lack of trying that there's not a lot of photos of me lately...the truth is I just don't let Mama take many of me.

If I see a camera I either run away or run towards her swiftly, and then grab onto her legs/clothes so all she gets a pic of is the back or top of my head...kind of like this...

If someone tries to hold me in front of the camera I just turn my head away...again and again and again. Dad doesn't mind the cuddles though!

Sometimes she manages to get a slightly blurry snap of me loving my Daddy
And sometimes she's lucky enough to get me distracted by some funny contraption
And just once in the last few weeks has she managed to get 1 full on photo of my face where I'm actually smiling

At least Seth gave her a break with his "take a photo of me upside down Mom!!!"

Neve - The Little Mermaid

I was a water baby and now I'm the little mermaid...see I even have the crown!

Neve - A Little Icky...

I've been feeling a little icky lately...I think it's these silly things trying to poke their way through my gums...don't they know it hurts???

A cup of warm tea always helps though, I LOVE my warm tea
Also when I feel particularly down and out...like here where I have a bit of a fever, it's nice to lie on my bean bag and suck my beloved thumb.
And yes, while I'm miserable I won't let mom take a picture of me without my thumb or my cup in my mouth!
At least there was someone close by keeping me company and trying to cheer me up!

Neve - Bean Bags & Family

Mom has been busy the last week making bean bags, after our couch mysteriously vanished during nap time!

She finally finished mine in time for the weekend and we had loads of funny falling onto them the last few days.

Plonked on my bean bag and left to take photos - how rude!
Seth dragging his "Piggy Bag" around...don't ask, it's just what he calls it!
And we went out to this cool place to play with Mom's brother and sister the other day, here's me trying to sneak Mom's glasses while she's not paying attention...Seth was too busy playing to come for a photo!

So my uncle Jon is visiting from the UK and I've been promptly upgraded to big person's carseat, just like my bro Seth!

Mom found this photo from a little while ago already but this was my first proper experience with bubbles, pretty cool hey!!!

Neve didn't like it much at all though...oh well, her loss!

Easter!

We just had the best time ever, there was holidays & chocolates & all sorts of stuff together...apparently it's called easter and it means we get to eat sweets for weeks on ends...yay for easter!!!

We started of with an easter egg hunt at Gumpy and Noni's place, some rabbit or other dropped a bunch of stuff in the garden for us to find!

Then it was off to Oma & Opa's new house, on the farm! This is their house!

Seth - Fire Engine Party

The other day my Noni took me to the most awesome party, it was at a fire station!!!
I got to go on the fire engine, slide down the fireman pole, learn to drive, I even got my own drivers license!

Neve - Yummy Ice Cream!

So I've been busy growing teeth, 3 popped out this last week...OUCH!

But on the upside the parentals FINALLY gave me my OWN ice cream, rather than fobbing me off with a lick of theirs...WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
