Neve - Cottage Cheese Facial!

So I had a thought today...instead of eating my lunch, why not use it for a facial?On second thoughts, it feels a bit icky...

Seth - Build your own Aquarium!

On the heels of our successful aquarium visit while on Holiday, I picked up a packet of foam sea life stickers at the local arts & crafts shop and Mom actually let me buy it, so we decided to build our own aquarium we can visit any time we like.

And here's our quick how to:

Cut out one side of a box. In the absence of blue paint use blue paper and lots of glue instead.
1 x packet of foam sea life sticker - make sure you pick a packet there's several thousand for the mom to have to painstakingly peel the back off of - she'll love you for it really ;)
Pick the perfect spot for each creature
Looking good!
Once all the stickers are in place it's time for the finishing touches - and yes, that is a host of dangerous items in the near vicinity of a toddler, including a craft knife & a glue gun!
Draw on seaweed for the fish to hide in & some waves for fun
Trim down the box where necessary
Stick on some shells
Voila - an aquarium not only for you to enjoybut the duplo people too:D
Oh man, like I told my Mom, I can't WAIT to show my Dad...he's going to be SO proud of me!

Our Holiday!

So we went on holiday for a few weeks to the sea and it was sooooooooo cool!
We took Grumpy & Noni along to make sure there were enough people to play with, and luckily we did cause from morning to night it was just go go go and Mom & Dad couldn't keep up with the rest of us fit people...we reckon they just lazy, bah who wants to read on holiday anyway?

We saw lots of cool things & ate lots of cool things and just had a blast, we wish holiday would never ever end but sadly the time came for the VERY long car ride home, and boy did we let the parentals know just how upset we were! They say communication is key :)

Seth & Neve - Birthday Party!!!

It was really cool, the other day we woke up and there was a jumping castle in the garden and Mom was very busy doing things in the kitchen and we heard the word "Party" a lot.

Before we knew it there were loads of people, presents, food & fun!
It WAS a PARTY!!!

We had so much fun, thank you to everyone who came and helped make it the best day eva!

Cause I can and it's all sorts of awesome, especially now that I've almost caught up to Seth...just a few more years to go...
Mom's been trying to get nice photos of me but now that I move at lightening speed I'm quite good at foiling her best laid plans!

Mom wanted a pic of me in my cute outfit, isn't my bird cool...it comes all the way from a friend in Germany! Pity I was so fast she chopped off half my head!
And here I am in slight blur again, Seth helped make me pwetty with my hairband! And this is me en route to welcome home the Dad! See how I excited I was I just chucked my doll to one side!

Little did I know I had good reason to be excited, he came home bearing birthday gifts from my fairy godfather, uncle Wickus...a whole bag full of naartjie clothes for me. Here's me trying some of the stuff out, thank you uncle Wickus!
And then Seth got the bestest present of his whole life, a humungous jumbo jet, complete with cargo carrier, passenger seats and a full on toilet & basin!
It goes everywhere with him...
...even to come say hello to me when I wake up from my nap!

Seth - I Turned 3!!

That's pretty big right?

My birthday was really cool, there were another load of presents to open and a yummy cake to eat.

Just wish people would stop with the happy birthday song already, I hate that song!

When I woke up in the morning I found a whole load of presents on the table, it was really funny! I kept asking which presents were for Mom, Dad & Neve but they said they were all for me cause it was my birthday...I could hardly believe it!

Neve had a peek too and her eyes got really big!
I opened so many presents, there were books
& Zoobs

& trains & tracks (see the wrapping paper flying through the air - that's cause I just chuck it to one side quick sticks as soon as I've pulled it off the pressie)
There was a space shuttle & astronauts
And best of all there was my very own bike!
Which I just about fit on once the seat was adjusted
Then we had fun playing & Neve was wondering what I was doing...
...just making glasses Nevie-bums!
Then off to Grumpy & Noni's & Mikey's for more fun & presents
Which is where I got an awesome ice cream cake...yum yum yum...
& a plane...got to be the best cake EVA!
But then everyone tried to sing happy birthday to me and I got all hot & bothered and told them to stop!
I can't smile Mom, I'm too busy eating ice cream & smarties...but I can pull this face just quick for the camera!
